WHAT’S FOR DINNER?

Here’s a recipe to try: In a small bowl, stir together 1/4 cup soy sauce, 1 tbsp mirin, 1 tbsp honey and 2 tbsp sesame oil. Divide in half and add rice vinegar to one portion and set aside to serve with the fish as dipping sauce.

Coat 4 tuna steaks with the other half of the of soy sauce mixture and then press 1/2 cup of sesame seeds to coat the fish.

Heat olive oil in a heavy skillet until very hot. Sear the tuna steaks for about 30 seconds on each side and serve with the soy mixture dipping sauce and wasabi paste.
